With an increasing amount of children with Special Educational Needs requiring your help it can be difficult to know what to do. With a lack of resources, support and training it's hard to give our young people the experience they deserve. With increasing workloads you simply don't have time to do the research and reading to meet their needs.
This is what I am here for. To give comprehensive advice, support and training to your setting.
Who We Are
Hi, My name is Jo Dowson. I set up C.A.S.T. after retiring from teaching. I have worked with children for the last 36 years. I have worked in Child Protection in Social Care, a long stint in mainstream Primary, but for the last 14 years I have worked in a Special Needs Secondary school in Bradford.
With 12 years SENDCo experience it was time to have my final career flurry into my own business offering Advice, Support and Training to mainstream and special schools around a vast range of issue connected to Special Educational Needs.
I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience in this area and offering real support and real solutions to the challenges that your school faces.
